目前，随着社会高速发展，越来越多的行业采用高压清洗机设备进行清洗工作。在使用高压清洗机之前需要做一些准备工作的。

1、开机前检查清洗机各部位螺钉、螺母是否有松动的现象；检查管接头和高压胶管是否有破损，如有损伤请立即更换，以免发生突然爆裂造成危险；连接进水管，将进水胶管套在泵体的进水口接头上，然后套上喉卡，拧紧喉卡上的螺钉，保证连接牢固且不漏气。然后按水源的情况将另一端 套在自来水龙头上或放入供水池中(进水口必须完全浸入水中)进水管要求安装过滤器，以免吸入的杂志损坏高压泵；连接出水管，把高压胶管的插入接头端与机具出水口的快速接头相连，另一端与喷枪扳机式阀上的螺纹接头相连；连接插座时，必须将清洗机的开关定在‘关’位置，如果是使用延长电源线，插头和插座须是防水结构的。
2、在进行清洗作业时，应采用正确的姿态一只手握紧喷枪的手柄，另一只手握住喷管，扣动扳机时要注意水喷出时喷枪会产生一定的反冲力和对手柄的旋转力矩，操作时注意力要集中；用束状强力射流进行清洗作业时，喷头和被清洁面的距离不宜太近，以免因压力过高而导致被清洗物体损坏。
3、注意：汽车轮胎/轮胎气门只准在30公分距离以外进行清洁。

高压清洗机间歇时间过长时(超过10分钟)，应关闭电源开头，打开喷枪阀，将压力完全释放掉；清洗泵出厂时工作压力已调好，用户不应随意将压力调高，避免清洗机因工作状态改变受到损害或发生意外事故；不要用喷枪指着任何人或身体的任何部位。高压的液体从喷枪，或软管泄漏，破碎的配件、小的物体会刺入皮肤造成伤害。

If there is any damage, please replace it immediately to avoid sudden explosion and danger; Connect the water inlet pipe, cover the water inlet hose on the water inlet joint of the pump body, then cover the throat clamp, and tighten the screw on the throat clamp to ensure that the connection is firm and there is no air leakage. Then, according to the situation of the water source, put the other end on the tap or put it into the water supply tank (the water inlet must be completely submerged in the water). The inlet pipe requires to be installed with a filter to prevent the inhaled magazine from damaging the high-pressure pump; Connect the water outlet pipe, connect the insertion connector end of the high-pressure rubber hose with the quick connector of the machine outlet, and connect the other end with the threaded connector on the trigger valve of the spray gun; When connecting the socket, the switch of the washer must be set at the "off" position. If the extended power cord is used, the plug and socket must be waterproof.
2. During the cleaning operation, one hand should hold the handle of the spray gun and the other hand should hold the spray pipe with the correct posture. When pulling the trigger, it should be noted that the spray gun will produce a certain amount of recoil force and rotation torque to the handle when the water sprays out, and attention should be focused during the operation; When using the beam strong jet for cleaning, the distance between the nozzle and the cleaned surface should not be too close to avoid damage to the cleaned object due to high pressure.
3. Note: The car tire/tire valve can only be cleaned at a distance of 30 cm.
When the interval time of the high-pressure washer is too long (more than 10 minutes), turn off the power switch, open the spray gun valve, and completely release the pressure; The working pressure of the cleaning pump has been adjusted when it leaves the factory. Users should not arbitrarily increase the pressure to avoid the damage or accident of the cleaning machine due to the change of working state; Do not point the spray gun at anyone or any part of the body. High-pressure liquid leaks from the spray gun or hose, broken parts and small objects will penetrate the skin and cause injury
